Here is one stack or bundle of original Swami or Madam X Fortune teller slips. These are new old stock and are unused. They have been in dry storage since the 1950s. Approximately 500 double sided fortunes per bundle. They have a hole at the top where they fit in the machine. One side is the answer to the question posed by the purchaser and a short quip. On the other is a playing card symbol and what it means. On reading the paragraph it is also a joke. The slips are printed in different colors. Examples of both sides shown, many more in the bundle though.
Unused condition and are about 1 3/8 inches by 2 3/8 inches. Printed on newspaper like material in multiple colors. Some may have discoloration due to paper age and varies from bundle to bundle. I use this image for the multiple listing so the item received may be slightly different than pictured.
