Slingerland 5×14 Artist Model Tone Flange Snare Drum Mahogany Vintage 1920's

From the 1920’s this is a Slingerland 5×14 Tone Flange snare in a natural mahogany. 3 ply maple/poplar/mahogany shell with maple reinforcement rings. Tone flange is still present! Brass hoops. Shell shows some scratches, scuffs, and small gouges in the finish. Nothing major. Interior and bearing edges are clean. Metal hoops and hardware have some rust and pitting. It appears all of the hardware on the snare side is not original as it is chrome, and the rest of it nickel. Batter side hoop has gouges on the top lip. No noticeable warping. Throw off is 100% functioning though lever is quite bent. Heads and wires show wear, but have a good amount of use left. See the pictures for more details!
